SCHEDULING AND FEES

The daily rate for a full day of mediation varies depending on the number of parties and whether the case is a representative or class action. These flat rates include the following:

♦ All preparation time, no matter how extensive

♦ Pre-mediation calls with counsel and/or parties

♦ Unlimited hours of session time on the day of the mediation

♦ Administrative work

♦ Reasonable follow-up work

The mediation fee must be deposited in advance of the mediation date and is due upon booking. Fees are fully refundable if the mediation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations or continuances that are requested within 30 days of the scheduled date will require payment of the entire mediation fee for the original date, unless the mediator is able to fill the date with another matter.
